1. Agreement to Terms

2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
4. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Generative Solutions UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
